Integrated Youth Services

TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc. has incorporated the former Integrated Youth Services (IYS) into its operations effective July 1, 2010 according to Lynn West, CEO. The new youth division of TCN will be called the Family Solutions Center and, for the present, will continue to operate out of the former IYS building at 1321 Research Park Drive.

According to Dr. Carmel Flores, Medical Director of the Family Solutions Center, “we have notified families about the change and have planned with TCN for a smooth transition of the crisis, therapy, and medication services.”

Tom Otto will serve as the Director of Youth Services at TCN and has been working closely with staff during this transition at the Beavercreek location. Dr. Kelley Callahan will serve as Clinical Director of the Family Solutions Center.

According to West, the goal is to provide as seamless a transition as possible for kids and their families or caregivers. All former IYS clinical staff have been offered positions with TCN so that in most cases, kids will remain with the same therapist.

TCN Behavioral Health serves adults with mental health, alcohol, and other drug problems; Family Solutions Center provides similar services to vulnerable children and their families. TCN is a contract agency of the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Clark, Greene, and Madison County.
